This mini dissertation examines consumer protection in South African electronic commerce, with a particular focus on the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), evaluating whether these legislative frameworks align with international standards established by UNCITRAL and the OECD.
