dc.descriptionThis small refined shouldered drinking vessel, excavated in the 1930s from Mapungubwe Hill has an reverted undercoated neck extending from shoulder to the rounded rim. There is herringbone banded decoration with quartered unincised four diamond decorations on the shoulder of the vessel. The interior and exterior of the vessel is undulated with a smooth black burnished finished.en_ZA
